HOW REQUESTS ARE STORED

Form submissions are saved within the site's WordPress administration system. Uploaded artwork is stored in a restricted upload directory, separate from the public WordPress media library; authorized site administrators may download it for production review. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal documents as artwork. Request records are accessible to authorized site administrators.
